Should I register as "People", "Places", or "Things"?
If you are thought of as an artist, musician, photographer, writer, festival planner, etc., select People. If you are a gallery, farm, retail, etc., select Places. If your product is sculpture, paintings, jewelry, dolls, clothing, etc., select Things.

There is no need to register your business more than once. If you fit into more than one category, the Save & Add Another Profile button (in the registration system) will allow you to put information in another profile if you desire.

What are the tabs that I see when I'm looking at a business's information?
Those tabs show the profiles that the business feels it fits under (such as People, Places, or Things). Each business can have one or more profiles that help to categorize its offerings. These profiles offer multiple paths for users to arrive at a business's information. Clicking on a tab will show that business's relevant information for the category you select.

How long does it take for my registration to be approved?
It usually takes a few days for your Regional Tourism Representative to confirm the listing and approve it for inclusion on the site. As soon as they approve your listing, you'll receive a username and password so you can update your information. If, for some reason, your listing is denied, you will receive an email from your representative explaining the case. If you don't receive a response in a few days, feel free to contact your representative.

How do I reset my password?
To reset a password, please choose a scenario that best fits your situation:

Scenario 1: I know my password, but I want to change it.
- Log into your account.
- Locate and select "My Account" in the navigation menu.
- Enter your current password, a new password and retype the new password in the appropriate fields.
- Click Submit.

Scenario 2: I forgot my password, but I know my username.
- On the Registration homepage, under Members Area, click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your user name and click "Submit".
- An automated email containing a new password will be sent the account on record. Once you receive the email, immediately log in to your account and change the new password.

Scenario 3: I forgot both my password and username.
- Please submit a new ticket to MarketMaker Support requesting a new password.
- Be sure to include the following information: Your full name, business name, and email address.
- Once the support team receives your request, an email will be generated containing your username and a new password. Once you receive the email, immediately log in to your account and change the new password.

How do I edit my business profile, images, and information?
If your business information is posted on the Creative Economies site, your business has been approved and you should have received an email with a username and password.
- If you haven't registered your business with Creative Economies, you won't have a username or password. Register first using the "Register/Login" link on the main Creative Economies site.
- If you have forgotten your username or password, see the Creative Economies knowledgebase article about resetting your password.

To edit your business information, log into your account using the "Members Area" of the Registration/Login page. Once you're signed in, you can make several different changes to your account. Find the scenario below that best fits your needs:

Adding/editing business profile(s):
- In the Members Area, click on "My Business" or on an "Edit This Profile" button.
- On the Business Profile page, you can edit the details for one or all of your profiles. If you'd like to add or edit another profile, use the "Save & Add Another Profile" button. Then, select the profile you want to add or edit from the list.
- When you're finished with your profile(s), click "Continue."
- If you wish to edit other details, you may do so. Otherwise, continue through the form until you press the "Submit" button on the Business Preview page. No changes will take effect until this step has been completed.

Adding/editing images
- In the Members Area, click on "My Business" or on an "Edit This Profile" button.
- Click "Continue" until your arrive at the Upload Images page.
- Your images must meet the guidelines specified. Click the "Browse" button to find the image on your computer and open it. Once the file name is entered in the Image field, you can click "Upload" to add the image to your profile.
- You can delete an image by pressing the red "X" graphic next to it.
- When you're finished with your image(s), click "Continue."
- If you wish to edit other details, you may do so. Otherwise, continue through the form until you press the "Submit" button on the Business Preview page. No changes will take effect until this step has been completed.

Adding/editing general business information
- In the Members Area, click on "My Business" or on an "Edit This Profile" button.
- Click "Continue" until your arrive at the General Business Information page.
- Make any adjustments.
- When you're finished with your edits, click "Continue."
- If you wish to edit other details, you may do so. Otherwise, continue through the form until you press the "Submit" button on the Business Preview page. No changes will take effect until this step has been completed.
